Lesson in humility... or maybe just embarrassment.

The other day I was at the mall with Bjorn and Meghan looking around. I was carrying several different bags and decided to simplify my load by putting the sunglasses I was carrying in my hand on my head as I often do. We continued our trek through several more stores and when we had had enough we headed out to the van. As I was buckling Bjorn into his seat, he said "Mommy, you like to wear my sunglasses?"
"No, honey! Mommy likes to wear her sunglasses."
Bjorn had a slight confused look on his face but decided to be content with Mommy's answer. But as I climbed into my seat and removed them from my head, I realized Bjorn was right... Mommy had been galavanting through the mall sporting bright shiny blue "Go, Diego, Go!" shades on her head. Hmmm.... humbling Mommy moment #6471.

LOL! I LOVE this! =D I'm sure everyone just thought you were a super cool, confident woman striding through the mall. It's like a guy who can wear pink - he's confident enough in his masculinity to wear it. Apparently, you're confident enough in your womanhood/mommyhood to wear Diego! =D
